Let's face it, making friends as adults can be hard.
We don't have as many opportunities as we did when we were in school or sports to connect with like-minded people but yet, that feeling of needing and wanting connection with others doesn't go away just because we are older. What if we told you that many people who join Yoga Teacher Training aren't just joining because they want to teach but yet are craving that desire for connection with others? What if we told you that a big reason people join YTT is to make friends above anything else? Are you craving connection? Read on..
Speaking from personal experience, as I walked into the studio, for the first time, I couldn't help but feel a sense of longing. My life was full of responsibilities - a family, a job, a home - but it lacked something essential. I craved human connection, the kind that goes beyond small talk and superficial interactions. And as I looked around, I wondered if anyone else felt the same. Then, I saw it - a poster for Yoga Teacher Training. At first, I laughed at the idea. Me, a yoga teacher? But as I read on, I realized that this program wasn't just about learning how to teach yoga. It was about something much deeper - connection. I signed up for the free open house and info session, curious to learn more. As I sat in the studio, surrounded by like-minded individuals, I felt a sense of ease wash over me. And as Ali and Jennifer, spoke about the YTT program, I knew that this was exactly what I had been missing. Sure, I had my family and friends, but there was a void inside me that only this program could fill. It wasn't just about making friends, although that was a big part of it. It was about finding a deeper connection with myself and others. The thought of stepping out of my comfort zone and embarking on this journey was scary, but also exhilarating. I wanted to challenge myself, to grow, and to make lasting connections with others who were on a similar path. And so, I signed up for the YTT program, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only did I learn how to teach yoga, but I also formed meaningful friendships that continue to enrich my life.
So if you, like me, are craving connection and looking for something more, I urge you to consider YTT. It may just be the door to new possibilities and friendships that you never knew you needed. And with the Fall immersion starting soon, there's no better time to take that leap of faith. Come to our free open house and info session this Thursday at 7:15 pm, or schedule a free discovery call, and see for yourself the magic that YTT can bring into your life. I promise you won't regret it.

"I loved all the connections and friendships I made with my classmates, we developed a special bond that I will never forget. The fear I had was basically just the fear of the unknown, which in the end was a good thing. I was forced outside my comfort zone to be vulnerable and open to trying new things and truly love myself. I will forever be thankful for this experience. If you are interested in learning more about yoga, but more importantly learning more about yourself, I urge you to do something special for you" - past grad, Michelle
Our Fall immersion begins October 5th. Spots are filling quickly and registration will close once spots are filled, limited to just 15 students.
Looking forward to connecting with you,
With love and light,
Heidi
