  • May 17: 4-5pm | Plank to Chaturanga

    Discover and practice how to create a safe and strong plank with modifications for all. Then, discover tips and techniques to practice chaturanga pose. Variations for all will be offered. Take the time to deeply feel this pose to set your practice up for life.

  • June 9: 4-5pm | Crow/Crane (postponed to Sept)

    For many of us, our first attempt at an arm balance isn’t always successful (or pretty), which makes this type of yoga pose challenging to the body and the ego. Bakasana (Crane Pose) and Kakasana (Crow Pose) are among the first arm balances that many students achieve. Discover how everyone can try this pose and enjoy the benefits.

  • July 14: 4-5pm | Half Moon Pose

    This amazing balancing pose engages all of your leg muscles, particularly your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. The half-moon pose thus strengthens your leg muscles. It also improves your mobility and flexibility in your legs. Core muscles. We will use the wall, props and variations so this pose can be accessible to all!ption goes here

  • Aug 25: 4-5pm | Headstand

    Salamba Sirsasana (Supported Headstand) is an energizing inversion that relies on the strength of your upper body and core, while centering and focusing your mind.

  • Sept: 20th 1-2pm | Crow

  • Oct 25: 1-2pm | Triangle - Trikonasana

    Triangle pose - have it in almost every class, but have we ever really workshopped it? Now is the time - learn add, ease, and explore this strong shape.

  • Nov. 21: 11-11:45am | Pranayama

    What is Pranayama? How can it help get me through the holidays with grace and ease?

    Pranayama is an ancient breathing technique that originated in India as part of yoga practices. It involves controlling the breath in different ways, such as the timing, duration, and frequency of each breath and hold. The goal of pranayama is to connect the mind and body.
