A great refresher for poses we practice all the time. Go deeper, peal back and learn the depth behind the shape. The warrior poses, also known as Virabhadrasana in Sanskrit, are a group of standing yoga poses that build strength, balance, and flexibility.
They are considered to be powerful and dynamic poses that can help with mental focus, concentration, and determination.

Sun Salutation B, also known as Surya Namaskar B, is a yoga sequence that involves a series of 19 poses that stretch and strengthen the body:
Utkatasana: Chair pose
Uttanasana: Standing forward fold
Ardha Uttanasana: Half standing forward fold
Chaturanga Dandasana: Four-limbed staff pose or low press up
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana: Upward facing dog pose
Adho Mukha Svanasana: Downward facing dog

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation A yoga sequence, are the quintessential yoga warm-up sequence. They combine deep breathing with flowing movement, they stretch the entire front and back of the body, and they build strength, too.
We practice them a lot, but do we really know why … great for beginners and those wanting to go deeper and add modifications. -
