Twist Yoga Mentorships for Yoga Teachers

Have you graduated from Yoga Teacher Training and feel like you want some more one-on-one mentoring with a senior teacher?

Did you graduate a while ago and want to dive deeper into something specific to refresh and recharge? Or, are you a recent grad who wants more focus?
The Twist Yoga Teacher Mentorship program may be a good fit for you:

Meet with your teacher privately in person or on zoom
Option to assist in public classes
Help gain a better understanding of hands-on assists and sequencing

This program is designed to help you and allows you to not only observe a live class but to meet one on one with your preferred teacher (Ali Matt, Heidi McInroe, Jessica Baker, Cynthia Pedraza or Jennifer Pahl) to dive deeper into areas that you are interested in and/or want to dive a little deeper in a more focused way.

In-person Mentoriship
Observe 4 classes your teacher is teaching at Twist Yoga
Meet for 45 minutes after or before class (depending on the teacher's/your availability class) to discuss the topics you are wanting to cover, ask questions, and work on specific follow-up items.
Virtual Mentoriship
Meet with your teacher privately via zoom for 4 one hour zoom meetings to discuss the topics that you want to dive deeper into.
Purchase the 4 sessions and use them throughout 3 months.
*(You have 3 months from the purchase date to use your 4 meetings so you can feel free to take the time you need to space them out and focus on what you need at specific times and with specific focuses)
These sessions could be scheduled 4 weeks in a row or spread out over the course of the 3 months from the purchase date.

This mentorship counts towards 8 hours of (CE) Yoga Alliance continuing education and we will provide you with a certificate of completion at the end. Homework will be provided to you in between the sessions.
