What does the May full moon mean for you?

Dear Friends,
As we approach the full moon this week, we invite you to join us in harnessing the powerful energy of this lunar phase through your yoga practice. Here are five things to know about the upcoming full moon:

  1. The power of a lunar eclipse will be present on May 5, 2023. Lunar eclipses are super-charged full Moons that occur in conjunction with a solar eclipse. This lunar eclipse continues the magic of the solar eclipse that occurred on April 19th.

  2. ♏️ Scorpio energy: This full moon will be in the sign of Scorpio, which is known for its intense and transformative energy. Scorpio encourages us to dive deep within ourselves and explore our shadows, making this an excellent time for introspection and self-reflection.

  3. Release and let go: 🌝 Full moons are a time of release and letting go. Take this opportunity to release any negative thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that are no longer serving you. Use your yoga practice to help you let go of what no longer serves you.

  4. Yoga helps to release tension stored in the subtle, energetic body, so that you can open yourself up to receive all the gifts the full moon has to offer. Join Jennifer on Wednesday at 7pm for a Restorative Yoga Class to prepare our bodies to open up and receive this energy!

  5. Connect with community: Full moons are a time for connection and community. Join us for classes this week to connect with other like-minded individuals and tap into the collective energy of the group.

We hope to see you on the mat for Wednesday’s Full Moon Restorative Yoga class: yoga, meditation, offerings to release and let go ...

Let’s harness the energy of the full moon together and use it to support our personal growth and transformation.

Namaste,
Jennifer
